no you have to wait for it. just wait it takes time to receive the email.

I received fingerprint request email yesterday from Vancouver, today I submitted my fingerprints to RCMP with an agency. Did you get any emails? I don't know why we are asked for fingerprints while 95% of other applicants didn't receive fingerprint request. My friend passed background without fingerprints.

Logged in to take the test and it said 'You can't take the test right now' - which I believe had happened to a few people before. I called the support number and an automated message said that their systems are down right now. I suspect this could be part of the problem. We'll see later today!

yes it can take few days or even weeks to mark as completed

It is random based on certain criteria that they determine
if your name flag anything in their database they ask for fingerprint
