hi , can someone share some useful resources / links for citizenship test

I would simply focus on reading the booklet "Discover Canada" that's available online or you can order it. I don't think there's a need to pay for anything. Additionally it's all multiple choice so it's quite easy if you have read the material to remember the answers.

I read it the night before the test and got 18/20.

Is fingerprint mandatory for everyone?

What do you mean? You access the test online through a link they provide, and it gives you a score (that needs to be verified by the agent that's when you get the official pass/not passed), and they allow you to download the preliminary results.
