To all sponsors....to prove your financial stability, is notice of assessment must?
If I include my bank statement and paystub of 5-6 months with a letter from employer, will that suffice?

If you don’t have notice of assessment you need to have a written reason explaining why you did not file your taxes the previous year or if you did but have not received it it. Whatever the reason may be it has to be there if you cannot include it in application. Paystubs are always something good to include to strengthen application.

I would include a letter from employer along with the NOA as it is also very important.

I am Feb 2022 Applicant from Sydney Australia and my background and eligibility both completed on 12th May 2023. hopefully we are close to the end since its been 15 months for us already

it is too early I guess, may be after July people can expect. Strike has caused havoc in the processing timelines now

I applied january 25th to from US. Our timelines look almost the same except I haven’t received eligibility or pre-arrival yet. I also have two dependents. Do you think I should hear something soon?? Background in progress since April 19th.
