If I don't get PPR the same day as BVL, does that mean my Visa is getting rejected?

How much time did it take for SAIT to process your application after applying?

In montreal airport (possibly in other airports also), in currency exchange store there is sold "Phonebox" operator sim cards. No ID or adress required. You activate it by yourself that is explained in the box of sim card. It is very cheap and strong network company. You can activate prepaid or postpaid accounts. $45 CAD for 25GB and unlimited Canada US call and text plan I use.

Same scenario here, waiting for student Permit approval (Jan intake).
I was hoping I will get it by now.
Registration/Classes for my college started yesterday on the 9th and I'm not sure what to do next.
My course is in IT so first sem is available online. But I checked another thread here, and that mentioned said they had to apply for "Study from outside Canada" about a month ago.
So I asked my admissions team what's the process to start online since I haven't arrived in Canada yet, which shouldn't be a problem I'm guessing.
Worst case scenario if nothing goes right, I will probably ask for deferral to May sem.
