Does anyone know if once your LPP is complete if a decision has been made on your file? I just don’t understand what takes so long to schedule an oath after that. Niagara office is leaving some people waiting for oath date months after LPP has completed. Yet some people are scheduled a day or two after. I’m so frustrated.
Yes LPP complete means decision is made. Oath dates are depending upon availability of Judge and oath dates in different region. At this time if you request your local office that you need the oath done sooner as you have to travel right after with you canadian passport they might entertain you and club you with some other office like winnipeg or vancouver.

Good luck with that. I am emailing them every week for the past 4 weeks and they dont respond. I have travel coming up in September and I sent them air tickets as well to expedite oath. No luck.time to find out local office email and right that request

Well i need time to apply for passport, then e-visa to travel to my home country etc. 4 weeks is not really a long time. They also schedule the oath 2 weeks from when the invitation is sent out.wow that must be brutal

I can feel your pain. I'm in the same boat. My LPP completed on May 29th and then scheduled for oath on August 1st. That 2 months wait was so frustrated. Be strong and you will get it soon.
Hello Rushi, I applied for express service. Usual wait time is 10 business days. I am fine with either of it(new/old passport). Just need it urgently to attend my visa interview.

Yep, so i need an oath invitation now to have my oath done by end of this month. So i have a week to figure out passport and e-visa. September is not "Far" my travel is on Sep 09.

But did they not have this information before? I mean did you not submit copies of your passport stamps originally with the application?
