i have no idea, I havent seen an email since the AOR and still get the error message when trying to check on the application status.

That's awkward, but the significant point you got your test email , try calling them or send web form to analyze the error message

AOR date will be the date on the document u got in email. The other date in tracker is the date they opened your paper application. Thats what I am making of it. Have same time line as you - AOR is March 13 but date on tracked is March 7th
