Police certificates are required if you stayed for a longer period than 1 month.

Hi can you please share where is this information coming from? The CIC Guide states:

You need to provide a police certificate from each country, other than Canada, if you were there

• in the past 4 years
• for 183 days or more in a row
• since the age of 18

I received the email today asking me to create the tracker. Of course link isn’t working, but I was able to create the account 3 days before receiving the email.

AORs are being delivered quite efficiently for online applicants. I see some people got it in less than 2 weeks. I really hope they keep the momentum going and finalize all applications fast.

Hope you using link https://tracker-suivi.apps.cic.gc.ca/ and using UCI without (`-`)

Also you need to wait 48-72 hrs before creating the account. It takes time to reflect in the system after you get the AOR email.

You should No and may be add Letter of Explanation saying you will do it once you have the T4. They can always verify the same from CRA.

We have the exact same timeline and error. I submitted on the Jan 4th, Aor 19th and got tracker email Feb 1st.

I too am still unable to register. I called ircc and on their end it's all in progress. The person I spoke to advised I submit a technical issues webform which I have done, so just a waiting game at this point
