Submitted jan 4th last year. Nothing since test march 24th. Can't lie, this has been a hard lesson in patience
I called last week. They said to call back if I don't hear by April 4th with processing time now at 15 months

The wait is SO tough. I've been very humbled by the experience with citizenship after my lightning-fast PR processing, and even that short wait felt tremendous.

Does the e-certificate download/reg link with the details to create an account come later after the oath email?
Also if two applicants from the family has same email id, will this be an issue while creating an account on the e-certificate portal?

I also did not get the email to download the e-certificate. I was told you can request it during the oath if you did not receive it.

As for your second question, the email would also contain and Invitation code, which is unique to every applicant, regardless of surname.

So, this means one could register more than one account with the same email-id? Me and wife applied together and given the same email-id and I am not sure if this could be a problem with the portal.

you can download from the same id, no issues and even for creating an account if you didn't get the email or invite code you can go ahead and create an account using any email id

Wow congrats! We started together and even though I completed the process in July, I periodically checked back to see how you were progressing and continuously marvelled at your upbeat and encouraging tone despite what must have been frustrating times for you. Just checked back in today after a couple of months and so happy for you that you have reached the final stages. I wish you all the best. This forum will miss you. I can finally stop checking

Tracker update this morning! I have been scheduled for the oath ceremony on January 23rd. I also received the "how to download your certificate" email on Saturday, January 6th.

And now I've received the formal invitation! It will be an online (Zoom) ceremony. I'm so excited!! My husband is looking to plan a little get together celebration the following weekend.
