January 2023, AoR & Background verification still in process because PoF requirement not met as per GCMS notes

hey so i got my AoR in 12 Jan, and my application is still in progress. I ordered gcms notes and it shows this. Because of which I submitted an updated PoF. still no reply. Anyone in the same boat? My PoF never really got less than required amount.

Do you have $16,570 in the bank as required or do you have $15,900 as the officer listed? If it is the later, you don't meet PoF requirements.

At time of submission, I had $17,000 in my account.I think at the time they evaluated it was $15,900 due to currency fluctuations. I even submitted updated Bank statement where I'm topping my bank balance every month to meet pof requirement. I still haven't heard back

That's the issue then. PoF currency evaluation doesn't gets locked at the time of you getting PoF. You need to factor currency fluctuation. That's the issue then. PoF currency evaluation doesn't gets locked at the time of you getting PoF. You need to factor currency fluctuation. You can submit and updated PoF. I would talk to someone who knows better though. Maybe drop Legalfalcon a comment in the "Thank you Legalfalcon" thread - you can get a response over the weekend.
