Eligibility review started: Not yet
Medical: Medical done in July but not updated.
Background check: Not yet

Actually no one can predict it, but since it’s SDS you would get it faster

Hi, my classes starts on Jan 10th 2022 and I have booked ticket for Dec 13th. I have seen several people saying they wont let us enter before 4 weeks(28 days), so my arrival is actually one day early. Is that going to be a problem?

No problem apparently.. u can even go 35 days before but not more than 40 days I guess.

Applied on July 31 got rejected on Aug 12, re-applied on Aug 16 got ppr on Sept 23

Actually I have seen several people saying that they may send us back from the airport as now they have made this rule very strict and I am so worried. Do I have to change my ticket to another date ?

Yes they do send people back if its TOO early.. ur date is just one day before.. IMO ur good to go..no worries!! Like I said if it's a difference of even one week then also no problem. But u can ask others too.. good luck.

Last night I received an email from the college stating this strange information -


“You are receiving this communication because you have applied and have been accepted to one of Cambrian’s November 2021 programs and you have paid your tuition fee. We are so excited you will be joining us for our next semester!

Due to current regulations from Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), students will need their study permit or study permit approval letter (Letter of Introduction – LOI ) in order to register for the November 2021 intake. There will not be a Remote Program Waiver option for this intake.”

Could someone share some valuable inputs?
