Hi all. I am a January 2022 paper applicant with an Indian passport.
I have my oath scheduled on September 26th.
it is not a emergency but I need to travel on October 27th to the US.
Can somebody advise on how long it takes to get the passport after oath? Can I expect to get it in within the 1 month time window?

You should be fine. Getting Citizenship cert should not take more than 7-10 days max. Don't wait for appointment and just walk-in to any passport office and while applying, select travel within 2-10 days along with your tickets and you should get your passport before your travel.
I visited the MP's office yesterday. They asked me to fill up the consent form with the information and I was out of their office in 5 min. They could have done it all online, but instead they wanted me to drive down to their office and fill up the form. I am asked to wait for 2 weeks to get a response.

I didn't visit them, just sent the form. And no help, no.
They'll tell you your application is still in process. They'll also tell you that they will give you another update in about a month or so. They might sometimes also tell you that IRCC is finalizing your application for oath ceremony. Don't get too excited as that basically is another way of saying it's "in process"
.Just make sure you have responded to all IRCC requests. At this point, there is nothing you can do except one thing - that is "WAITING".
I received my oath invitation for Sep 13. It’s an in person one in Mississauga.
I received it from “IRCC.DNSCRCitizenshipCeremony-CeremonieCitoyenneteSCRRN.IRCC@cic.gc.ca” - but mine is online ceremony.
Finally I received the email invite for an in-person oath ceremony from ircc.dnmiscitizenshipceremony-ceremoniecitoyennetemisrn.ircc@cic.gc.ca
