Sometimes coming to this forum is so depressing. We see every other person getting some movement and even going to the final step of oath, and then I see my application being stuck at background completion.

But can't help much. Only waiting is in our hand.

I have a question.

I submitted my application in January 2022 and have completed the test. The application is being processed at Scarborough office.
My wife's application was submitted in November 2021 and has not got any progress after AOR. I have submitted a request for ATIP notes in October, but have not received them. So I dont exactly know which office is processing that application.

Both application have got same home address. Is it safe to assume that the other application is also being processed at Scarborough office? Can I drop an email to the email address from which I got my test invite?

I am in favor of dropping that email, just wanted to know third person's view of any possible risk or repercussion.

Yes, you should do it. Anything which can get their attention (but being polite is important) might make it moving... If you are not sure about the office, you could write to couple of them or all of them. Looks like currently your application is kind of stuck at the bottom of the pile and kind of lost (not literally but figuratively). I don't see any risk in dropping them an email. Having said that, looks like things are started to move nowadays for Nov-Jan applicants. Once it starts moving, they might complete the entire process quickly. It might still happen that both of you might reach the Oath state in a month. Just my guess.

Hi, I am not sure about "hearing", I had an interview only and I had both the ceremony done the same time (today). I want to assume that your March 3rd is for the Oath Ceremony.

At the interview, I was only asked to confirm my full name, dob, address, travel history and show my passports including expired ones. I also went there with 2 piece of ID (DL & HC) along with my PR Card.

I was asked if I have any travel plans, if I did, they will have to arrange the ceremony till after my return, as God will have it, I have no travel plans, hence, I was sworn in immediately today and my PR Card taken away.

I would advise you read the both letters carefully and just go through cues and any possible clauses.
