I have no experience with this... You can try asking them to mail it to the US. However, if they say it will take significantly longer make sure you have a friend or family's address in had in Canada who can receive it on your behalf and securely hold it for you or send it to you until you are ready. You might want to scour this forum to see if anyone else has successfully gotten the Citizenship Certificate mailed to the US
I got my oath email today. Winnipeg applicant (test invite from Vancouver). Oath Feb 6th. It will be a virtual ceremony, and the invite came from DN MB SK email.
i think it only updates once per day in the morning. No point in checking once it’s noon. Some one correct me if I am wrong

So I have received an email for my oath ceremony which will be in Feb however I just realized that I haven't paid the citizenship certificate fees yet would it be any problem also when and how I can pay the fees?

Congrats! Weren't we supposed to pay both the citizenship application fee and certificate fee together? If you haven't paid it yet, pay it now and keep payment proof.
what is your timeline? Did you apply online?
I have one question, does anyone know about the column R in the tracker "Decision Made date ecas estimate"
I can't find my app on ECAS (tried with app# and UCI...), is it only for paper application? will it only appear when a decision has been made?
Looking to the tracker I see when all steps completed people are also puting same date for decision made.

Online applicants do not have access to ECAS. Since all of your LPP is marked as complete, it's equivalent to ECAS "decision made" status
What is the total amount you originally paid? If you did not pay the right amount (less than what is required), they would have returned your application instead of giving you an AOR. If you paid extra, they would have issued you a refund
For people who applied before Jan 4, 2023 only a select few people will receive an invite for an e-certificate pilot. Did you receive this e-mail and agree to participate? If so, wait till the oath ceremony as they may give you instructions there or after that.
If you did not get the invite for the e-certificate pilot or did not agree to participate, you'll get a paper certificate
