Guys i resets my password ,simply using the capital C in the application input section ,thinking the system automatically uses the C option, you have to use capital C then the numbers.

I'm not able to login to new tracker. It is just stuck at dashboard page saying "loading" and nothing gets displayed.

yes bud, it might take couple of days , may be they have not fully updated the database in the back end

pal, i contacted the customer service, they said it will take a while to update the back end , give it a day or two. if the issue is not resolved then take a screen shot of the glitch and submit it via web form. hope it helps

Background checks and test activity was completed before this update and Language, Physical Presence & Prohibitions were in progress. They are still the same but Updated column has value Oct 07, 2022 now.

Could just be an update from the website upgrade. I have a 13th October update too, but I’m sure it’s just when they upgraded website.
Lots of folks have these updates lately. Wouldn’t read much into it.

Yes, you're right. But in my mom's case, they asked for additional info on Oct 5 within 60 days which I provided (email) the following day. So, I am desperately waiting to see that they acknowledge the receipt.
