Did you also clear ur exam outside canada. Was just curious if our files are stuck for the same reason. What was your application submission date and date of background verification clearance?
Finally after a long wait, just received my Oath Scheduled for September 6th, 2023

Out timelines are closely matching. I can be hopeful to see some updates soon. Did you ever requested for the ATIP notes when the LPP was in progress?
Just wanted to see if we have the same officer working on our files.
I requested for the AITP notes an August 4th. But I havent received them yet.
However, I did call IRCC on Tuesday, requested the rep to help me to expedite my application since it passed 18 months. He was quite nice. I'm not sure if the update happened after the application was flagged by the rep or is it the regular update. I would suggest to call IRCC. Also, I did send couple webforms, but that didn't really help at all.
Submission date Jan 11, 2022. I got Language and Physical Presence complete on Aug 25, 2023 but my Background updated back to In progress and Prohibition is still in progress. Background check was complete before I got test invitation and I passed the test in Oct 2022 and have never got fingerprint request. Have anyone experienced Background check from complete to in progress again?
Same here! I got Language & Physical Presence complete on the same day as you and Background Verification is back in progress. I think I read somewhere that the background verification is only valid for 1 year so that may the reason why they need to reopen it to verify again. But my background originally got verified on September 27th, so it's still a month away from it being invalid...who knows at this point
