Where are you based? I am not sure which office is processing your application. But someone here can perhaps guide better how to find that or maybe someone can share email address of the responsible office? Most people who have taken in-person oath or interview can share the address. Did you ask IRCC, if it is online or in-person?

It is very hard to get an appointment for passport Services, so make sure to book an appointment with Service Canada if you know when is your ceremony. For the GTA area they are booking late August now.

My profile is accessible in the new tracking system but the same does not popup when I search in the old ESAS system? Whereas my wife's profiles appears in both the systems.

ECAS works for only paper application, if that's the difference between ur profiles.

The information in ECAS is pretty limited. You can try raising a webform for Technical issue if you want to get it working.

1) Wait for LPP to complete. By Oct if things don't move you can call IRCC or your MP to escalate. Now you can try raising a webform and ask for update.
2) If you have travel plans renew your PR card.

I am on the same boat. Finished my test on Oct and hasn't seen any update since the ghost update on March this year. It's been seven month radio silent.
