Still didn’t receive BiL
No upfront medical exam and my husband is main applicant with already existing BiL from previous rejected visit visa
Our application is on submitted only
Webform sent no response yet

Not really. Processing times were update to show how long people are waiting. As a matter of fact, it shows 22 months because applications from 2020 were not processed yet. As announced by CIC news, backlogs are being reduced. So processing times now are showing the right number of months and possibly will be update in the future.
