When I checked the status of my PR application through my UCI number on the IRCC's website yesterday, I saw that my application was received.
So, I called IRCC this morning, and asked the the IRCC staff for a temporary file number.

I have a silly question how we know if we have AOR when we apply through a representative. Do I will receive a email from ircc as well which is one I will provide to my consultant.
I tried to call ircc and check online application status but I didn't get anything my AR 29 march 2021.

when you call what they told you they have got the application

Under Sinp I sent all the documents to IRCC on Dec 28 and they received on Jan 04,2021. I haven't heard anything till date from them. Is it a normal to wait this long ?

No they didn't give me any answer. Only answer I got 3 times when we have any updates about your application we will send you email.
So that why I don't they received my application or not. But when I tracked my parcel by Canada post it showed that your parcel received on 29 march on destination.
So annoying

So A friend of mine applied for permanent residency and on the background declaration, She chose no for every question asked. She just found out today that she actually had a visa refusal to the UK when she was a kid around 10 years of age. She had no idea of visa refusal because she wasn't the one that applied, she just found out from her mom today and now she is freaking out, is this something that could be seen as misrepresentation or what?

Its a serious issue, I think u should discuss with some lawyer/ expert how you handle it.

The officer will get that information and will contact the person. No need to do anything at the moment

I requested them to remove my representative contact information and gave them my own email, phone number and mailing address, luckily they updated it. Now I will receive AOR on my email. Once i get it, I will submit Imm5476 to remove my representative completely from my file.
