According to the agent, they received it on the 15th of Feb
I also did the upfront medical which I submitted via webform last week

you got your temporaily file number today. but you submitted your medical yesterday. how did you submit medical without file number

I got ADR on Aug 24 and I submitted ADR the same day but I haven't heard anything about it. My application status hasn't changed so is it normal because of the covid and Afghanistan situation? Or should I call them? and please let me know to do it.

yes. They only need passport number and that’s it
