Please guide- I am applying paper-based through new online portel- couple of questions-

• Should I print, sigh and upload forms-- or is it fine uploading online pdf-filled forms?
• i don't see any work related, POF, ECA documents asked in the form- does those documents not needed?
• any tips of using paper based portel? Thanks

it is an online portal, not paper-based anymore, u can submit the pdf forms but u will need to sign it digitally, and look at the checklist, if those two are not included then u don't need to include. My suggestion is to use the online portal to reduce the mail-delay by paper-based application.( as my agent told me that paper-based non express entry will take u up to 20 month now, and online portal non-express entry will be about a year
