Hi all, for the ones who got the PR card or are still waiting for it: How long did it take, or for how long are you waiting for the PR cards since the eCOPR? See the link below I found, I don’t know if it will help, but the suggestion is getting the TDPR with the eCOPR, which totally makes sense.

I cannot believe that they are still using the COVID-19 card. I bet 20 years from now, they will have the same problem and still blame COVID-19. You don't see such chaos anywhere in the world. Not even in the countries from which the immigrants try to escape. I believe the delay is designed on purpose. It will never get fixed because they don't want to, not because they can't. Poor immigrants are under the delusion that they would think the land of ice and hibernation is the land of opportunities. They will never see how they will be treated. Especially those who get their PR within 6 months.

BC PNP paper based applicant with one Inland dependent.

AR - 5th November 2021
AOR - 8th September 2022
ADR - 9th September 2022 (India PCC New)
PAL - 20th September 2022
MR - 22nd September 2022
ME Done - 24th September 2022
ME Pass - 5th October 2022
ADR- 25th October 2022 (Submitted Updated India PCC) (VO - Sydney)
Portal1 - 15th December 2022
Portal2 -28th December 2022(Couldn’t login so replied on portal1 email stating issue to IRCC)
Portal2 - 3rd January 2023 - Second email with login credentials, confirmed address and uploaded photos. (VO - Calgary)
ECOPR - 2nd February 2023(VO - Montreal)

I have noticed from reading other posts that in most of the cases after portal2 you will get ECOPR in a months time.

Few got in days and few waiting for months. But mostly getting around one months time.

Hope everyone waiting here get their cards soon get over these uncertain processing times
