Hi all, sorry for change the topic of this forum. Do you guys know any forums talking about study permits that was refused. I found some but with no comments for long time, "inactive" forums...
Thanks,

Time line: SINP Inland.
AR- Oct 2021
AOR- April 2022
MR- May 2022
MP- June 2022
no update since then I know many of my friends who submitted on Nov 2021, Dec 2021 or just some days after me received ECOPR, whereas it has been almost 4 months since my Medical got passed I have no updates of anything on my file. The Percentage Bar completed 54% on my file. I'm Thinking of raising webform. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

July 2021 or 22?

If you've been waiting 14 months just for an AOR, while some bastard in New Brunswick got AOR in 60 days and COPR in 150, get your MP onto IRCC ASAP.
July 2021. I already contacted my MP, who got back to me after a month saying the application is still "very new" and just wait patiently.
An IRCC call centre agent emailed CIO to issue an AOR sooner (which I am really grateful with, big thanks to the agent even if it doesn't work out), unfortunately after 6 weeks the email is still sitting in CIO inbox and not opened yet.
I've done everything I could AFAIK

Is your application contingent on you keeping your job?

Correct, OINP international student with job offer stream
You can understand why it bothers me (and presumably you) that some outlanders and in-landers get PR in this same non-EE stream within 6 months and never have to worry about getting kicked out of the country if they lose their job eh?

Yea, that’s exactly correct. What bothers me more is the random lottery of processing and not first come first serve. This is the most unjust thing I ever faced after moving to Canada.

Yes, you hit the nail on the head. Case processing is nothing but a lottery! It only adds to the frustrations of a long wait.
