Finally I got my first portal email. I replied that but a day after, they sent me that email again. I replied again and waiting for them. What is this? Any experience please?

Aor. 2022.4.25

I did Upfront medical exam on 2021.08.15. Today, 2022.06.17, I received MR. Submitted a webform regarding the upfront, didn't receive any acknowledgement yet.
Does anyone know what I should do? Will IRCC respond to the webform or I should do the medical exam again?! I have only 30 days to send the results.
Appreciate your help.

I would send them the upfront medical receipt again through web form. And also confirm with the doctors that if they have submitted the medicals and proof of submission.

Because I moved outside of Canada, I cannot use the PR portal and I am waiting for the new instruction on how to proceed.
I had sent multiple webforms to keep IRCC updated about my residence address though.
