I just went to clinic an did the medical tests, they gave me a paper and I sent it to my agency, and then they submitted this paper (for me and my husband) via webform. The clinic will also submit it. I hope this can help!

What's the difference of the Portal 1 and 2?

Receiving portal 1 email means that the application for PR is approved and all done with assessments and scrutiny on your background. We are able to declare on portal 2 stage that you are in canada and address and upload photo for pr card.

Congrats! Is there anything special you did? because I got my portals before you and I am still waiting for ecopr

I have dependents though, so maybe that is why
