Turns out I'm wrong, they'll just process whatever they feel like, when they feel like. I mean seriously, the dude from May has an AOR in 3 months? F*ck that shit (I'm having a go at IRCC).

You are right. I have an online portal application from November 26, 2021, and still no AOR. I have been in Canada as a student since 2016 and had to renew my study permit every year. Each time, I would have to send IRCC an email on webform after my application exceeded normal processing times for them to process my study permit. I would wait until one week after processing time, send a webform to IRCC, then IRCC would respond after 2 or 3 weeks on webform, and the day after the webform inquiry, IRCC would approve my study permit. That's my experience with IRCC - and it continues to be the same with the PR application too. :-/

How did you get an AOR before your AR? Did you mean April 19 2021 for your AR? If so please update. Congrats your application seems to be moving nicely now, hopefully you get it soon - anyone who can tolerate Manitoba for so long deserves it.

It was a mistake AR April 19 2021
