I would not expect to see any AoR until August/September if they keep processing at the current rate. Applicants in Sept 2020 are still waiting or only just receiving AoR now - number of applications sent is generally higher in the last quarter of the year so more volume to get through.

I also tried to call them yesterday. My AR is 15Th March. The agent told me that they cannot give any idea. The application might be lying in the mailroom. Then can’t even tell if the application is received. Even that we have to check through tracking number only.

Hello I have applied under paper based PNP - OINP. My file reached Sydney in January 2021. When can I expect the AOR?
I read in one thread that AOR received for 23 October that mean heading towards November shortly
I sent my paper based file to Sydney on 2 Feb,2021. The file was received by IRCC on 4 Feb, 2021. Waiting for my AOR.

Add 9 months to your application received date and this is most likely when you'll expect to receive AoR.

My AR is March 15. I tried to get TFN a week back. They said that it’s not in system yet.
