Hey guys can anyone help me in my situation?
I applied for open wp extension through work permit support letter provided by SINP when I got my nomination in July 2021
Since my SINP nomination was not employer bound (Employer N/A) I am eligible to receive open wp.
But today I received refusal for open wp and Reason given was
You have not demonstrated that you are eligible to apply for an Open Work Permit under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations. Your prospective employer is responsible for obtaining a valid Labour Market Impact Assessment and Confirmation from Employment and Social Development Canada.

And now I have to restore status since my open wp expired in December 2021.

Can anyone guide on this situation how I can reapply I contacted SINP office and they you are eligible for open wp

not indian, needed to update since i got it done while i still lived in the us - it was a few months old

Finally got the golden email last night after almost a year of waiting!

AR: March 05, 2021
TFN: November 15, 2021
AOR: February 17, 2022

In the email it says I need to submit a police certificate from my home country (I have sent this previously thru webform) but when I linked my application online, there's no prompt for it. Is that normal?

Ar Dec 7-2020
AOR Jan 4 - 2022
ADR - Jan 5- 2022 new passport as old one expired
Sent Passport on 7- Jan-2022
Medical received message shown on bar 12 Jan 2022 Ircc used old medical as per their guidelines due to covid medical validity upto March 2022 .
But nothing shown on account after 12 Jan 2022.
When I checked my account only those above message are showing .
Do I need to call IRCC regarding my ADR that is passport because my account not showing any info regarding this it's uploaded or not .
My consultant received this email and he sent this document .
Any one guide me ?
