Mine got returned too. Same reason. Better to go and give the CELPIP test.

Because they still say on website it takes 12 months to process the citizenship application (if there are no issues with the application) I am wondering when I can assume I will get my test invite? It took about 3 months to get "In process" status, maybe another 3 months for the test and 3 months to oath?

That totals 9 months . Many from 2019 are still pending. You may want to check trackers for 2019 & 2020.

Yes lol, forgot to add 3 months for DM then the oath.
I don't know I just want to keep my hopes up I guess

P.S: I was expecting the Application return (Because I used both Jobs in same time frame in single line by separating" & " ), As I received AOR I guess , they consider it.

If you have your academic degrees ( post secondary) you dont need to give any language test.

It looks like applying online was the worst decision those who applied online have ever made. It looks like AORs for online won't be anytime before September 2021.
