I called Ircc helpline number in Canada to check my application status. The representative said she cannot give status of my application as it is in New Delhi.
Can anyone please let me know if their application is also in New Delhi ?
Also what does it mean? Why in New Delhi?

There is a visa Office in New Delhi I think. They will be processing your file

They don't disclose information on application that is being treated outside Canada, it's their style. You should order your notes if you are worried but it's nothing to be worried about.

Which website is recommended for GCMS notes?

It's almost as good as coin toss whether you will receive your GCMS file in 30 days or if it's going to take far longer (Some/one GCMS provider has disproportionately been receiving 90 day extensions, so beware from where you get gcms).

The unfortunate part is that IRCC has categorized 3rd party GCMS providers into tiers when it comes to extensions.

As a result some 3rd parties will fairly consistently receive 90 days extensions when you get gcms while others receive 60 day extensions if and when extensions are taken

These actions of IRCC were revealed in response to an ATIP request and are an undisputed fact.

I have raised a web form asking about the fact of not receving any biometrics letter request and my eligiblity status in 27-04-2021 and I received a reply in 06-05-2021 saying the following:

Can anyone tell me what do they mean with everything is in order with my application? Can it mean that the eligibility is recommended pass?

It may mean that, you can send another web form to ask or request your Gcms Notes as well. You can also call and inquire.

hi, I was told by IRCC agent that my eligibility is in progress while the security has been already initiated. Is it a sign that my eligibility will soon be passed or it was just normal that the security could start while processing eligibility? Any advise will be appreciated. Thanks

If the agent was accurate in giving out the status then this is more of an exception if you applied under Express Entry. Usually security only starts after Eligibility has been passed by an officer. 1. What does "Review Required - Pending outstanding PC - Stat Questions" mean? I'm guessing it's because they're pending the RCMP stuff? What does "Stat Questions" refer to?
2. I already submitted my RCMP last March 3rd. Does this mean they haven't checked this yet?
3. When's the best time to get the notes again, 6 months after Jan 19?

It seems you requested your Gcms Notes too soon. Stat = Statutory. Raise a web form or call instead to inquire about Eligibility next time around.

It used to be 3-4 months post AOR was a good time to make a request but these days things are taking longer and later is better to make a request. May be another 3 months and in the meantime you can try web form or calling if possible.

I called IRCC 2 times and both times they told me my criminality is passed however my Eligibility and Medical does not say passed yet. Is anyone else facing the same issue? AOR 27th Jan.

Below is my timeline for FSW-OUTLAND

ITA RECEIVED: Nov 5, 2020 (478 pts)
AOR: Jan 10, 2021
Medical passed: FEB 3, 2021
BIL: FEB 5, 2021
BIOMETRICS UPDATED: FEB 8, 2021

I have a few questions:

1. I have had no updates after my biometrics were done on my profile. Is it a good time to request the GCMS notes or do I wait?
2. At which point can I at least take a breath of relief if the application is going to move ahead or its not going to get accepted. I just don't want to be stuck in limbo. I just want a decision so that I can plan ahead.
