I don't think anyone from January got anything yet. December ppl are getting it... Even some March 2020 ppl got DMs. But not January. Our application was received by IRCC on 10th January 2020. Outland applicants. Indians.

Yes! They are crawling for months doing nothing! Ottawa is doing a good job on the other side.

My wife got PPR on Oct 21, a week before she planned to come to Canada to visit for 6 months (and hopefully get PR before then). We sent the envelopes from within Canada, they received them on the Oct. 25th. Haven't heard anything from them since. She is from a Visa exempt country, so she only had to send copy of passport not the actual passport.
I got my DM and PPR on the 26th of November (my post is a few pages back). I sent the requested papers to my local VAC and they said it can take anywhere from 3 days to 3 months to receive my CoPR! I had a good laugh at that.. the lady ended up saying it will probably just take a few weeks.
Does anyone know if the process would now be completed at the Mississauga office for me? Are the last steps now taken at my local Australian VAC?
They send to same email u got AOR2 and letter will be in your gckey.
Yes you can say for sure after pre arrival means eligibility approved and no more bullshit, just waiting DM/PRR.
Sounds like you app is completed, your COPR should come with passport when returned from your LVO. CPC-M has no further involvement. Congratulations!!

I spoke with my local VAC and they've sent my passport copy and passport photos to CPC-M, who will then post me my CoPR. Seems a little backwards to me.. I'm not sure why I was instructed to send my details to the local office if it they just forward them to CIC anyway. With postal services backed up due to covid & christmas this could take a while..!

Well then you didn't look at Tracker Sheet. Many of Jan applicants got DM and some Feb applicants too.
