How to book for appointment? Do we have to wait for email of instructions or just take appointment as everyone used to do it in past??

No idea. But as far as I know, they will send email for instructions to book the appointment and probably not accepting any Walk-ins.
So we are still in the same boat.

For applicants from December and January(files transferred to CPC-M), mostly Indian applicants, should we not tweet IRCC regarding the issue. We all are done with our biometrics and moreover, stamping has started in India via 2-way courier service. What is stopping CPC-M to process our applications now?
Applicants (CPC -Ottawa) who applied later have received their pre-arrivals too.

does anyone have trouble to login to gckey? I could login but when I clicked on "check full application status" it kept loading forever. If I refresh the page I would see Application/Profile updated message under status. This has been happening in my account for almost two months. When first time this happened I thought I received a ghost update but later found out its not cause this happened many times. Sometime I could see the full status without any issue too.
