As an update to your post, my status changed to "Documents are being reviewed" 2 days ago. I guess it's all random, 20 business days timeline isn't the case for everyone.
Thanks for the update! Was the message in GCKey, under additional documents required? What date did you get the email requesting additional documents?

Hello Guys!! Today, in ECAS, I can see that "application received" under permanent residency status. Can anyone let me know how to know which visa office has it been transferred? I did not get any mail nor any update in GCkey.

It's under the main page "Details about your application". I got the request on March 4th and I uploaded the documents on March 5th.

You can call the service center for this information.
Hey @stackystack . Thanks for your reply. I actually tried calling them but as soon as I provide application number they say that all spousal application information can be accessed through online only. May be I need to raise a CSE and then only I can get information. I have a peculiar case where I'm not getting any mails but I receive hard copy letter only. I still did not receive SA mail but I received it in hard copy in my mail box. :)

On the spreadsheet, the column which says "Principle applicants country", is that where they're from or where they're working? My wife's working in UAE, but is from Philippines originally. Which one do I use?

What country did your wife apply under? Its whatever is on the application as her main place of residence.

Country of passport. There may be a column later for current country of residence.
