You should receive first portal email in the next few days. Then it’s up to how quick they respond to it and send second portal for ecopr. Could be a week, could be 3.

Hello Everyone, I sent passport for stamping last week including that of my 2 months old baby yet to be added as dependent in our online account. Upfront medicals done, application fee, birth cert all uploaded via web form but no response from ircc. I hope there wont be any form of delay having come this far. This process really is about patience
LOL. DM for Paper-based applicant (11 months after AR) - it's unbelievable!

I hope he does but I've been at 100% since July 2021 with everything completed. Still heard nothing. The whole backlog is a disaster
