Some updates from my application:
1 - Got ADR on August 10th, waited for RCMP criminal record check, but since my deadline was approaching, submitted the partial response on September 7th. They processed my documents within a week and on the 15th another request for more information;
2 - RCMP criminal record check took 4 weeks as they (RCMP) stated (requested on August 13th), received mine today and sent it to IRCC;
3 - Finally received PAL, I am still not sure if I am gonna have to do medical or not (maybe the one we did on 2017 is still valid);

I have updated my signature, I am happy that at least my application is moving!

There is news about BOWP (https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/work-canada/extend-permit/bridging-open-work-permit.html) it wasn't announced anywhere but looks like they removed the requirement that the current WP has to expire in the next 4 months.
It allowed me to file my online application for BOWP despite my current job-specific WP is valid for more than 4 months.

It could be useful for those who are inside and tethered to their current employer and wait for PR still.
I applied for BOWP, will see how it will work.

The proof that it was the requirement of 4 months you can check with way back machine -

it is strange that they didn't announce it anyhow. It was definitely a stupid requirement and had to be fixed in current circumstances. Well, they did but didn't highlight it.

If you got a incorrect information on your confirmation letter of PR then do you have to submit a webform or you can call IRCC to correct? And if you submit a webform how long does it take to get new one with correct information??
