I think this is for express entry applications. Have never read anything about paper based so far that on which time frame of paper based applications are being finalized now. Correct me if I am wrong.

I am not in the express entry stream, and many people with similar timelines were finalized at the same time.
Isn't the express entry processed faster than a year?

I finally received my PCC from Singapore and uploaded it today along with receipt for payment of my RPRF.
Below is my timeline:
AOR: February 28, 2020
BIO: exempted
MR: March 1, 2021
MP: March 18, 2021
PAL: June 3, 2021
ADR: June 4, 2021 (PCC and RPRF)
Submission of ADR: June 18, 2021
Any idea when I can expect DM?
Will there ever be case where they request additional docs multiple times?

Did you tried to send the webform again or only sent once in Feb. Few of my friends uploaded the medical last month via webform and all passed the medical within a week.
