I called IRCC today. he told me that everything is done, only security is left and specifically asked him if eligibility is passed or not.
I just got recent screenshot for my gc key from my representative and it’s increased by 1 % last week it was 43% and now it’s 44%

No. Its computer operated schedule change. Every two weeks, its gonna increase 1%.That % bar has nothing to do with actual process. Just Ignore that timeline !
