Are you PNP applicant? Were you nominated in any provincial? Whoever issued you a nomination certificate is called nomination officer so, ask / email that guy, let them know you need an extension for your nomination because you need to submit a new application.

Dude, seriously? No one even knows who nominated you. We do not even know if you got nominated at all. Sorry but spoon feeding cannot be done without details and especially when you have no time to update your signature with atleast the basic details.

in ECAS there'll be a sentence like this "We have received your medical result" that mean, Medical passed will be shown in GC key.

So they probably nominated you. Did they send you email or mail or any certificate? Has to be an email somewhere, find that in your email, then reach to them, say you need an extension. But, only do this when you already received your application back because of incomplete but I’m pretty sure you’re gonna receive it if the ircc agent said so

As I already told you your application is complete and there is no possibility it will be returned.

Ecas when it says "we have received your medical result" that mean your dependent also passed medical or its only mean for principle applicant pass medical
