The percentage of processing is not really actual processing. It is, the current ETA which is 19 months, divided by the time elapsed.
e.g., AR =12/2019, which is 12 months, the calculation is (12 months since AR/19 current ETA )*100 =63%.
There were people who were seeing 53% and received their CoPR.

I called Cic today and they told me that for Sydney nova scotia processing time for issuing AOR is after 18 weeks which is 5 months from your application received.

But in reality, they take 2 to 3 months longer than stated. My AR is July 10 and we have people with AR from end may onwards, and waiting for AOR.
