My friend whose AOR is March 4th, 2021 ordered GCMS notes today. He selected privacy act ( Inland Canada with one dependent and applied by himself directly) and nothing was asked for fee. Is that correct?

He has got ADR and has been asked to submit Rental/Lease Agreement in the address he’s currently staying. What if he can’t provide with one as he doesn’t have any lease. Any suggestions?

That's why I really told the agent that I got PAL, and how come the eligibility has not yet started. He then said, PAL has nothing to do with the eligibilility.
