To be honest the amount of money IRCC is collecting, they should not be short of employees to expedite the process. Relaxation in biometric that are valid is a step in the right direction, however still processing time is way too long. One thing that is really of discomfort is outland COPR holders are unjustifiably impacted by travel ban, on the other hand international students are allowed to travel. No logic at all. But its evident COPR holders have already paid the fees so less of a priority, but international students if not allowed will withdraw and Canadian institutions will lose millions and its impact on Canadian economy will be negative. So here we are with two standards. Just a thought.
