Are you inland or outland? do you have a UCI number? if you have a UCI number you can send your webform using it. Did you get a temporary application number?

I see the following status on ecas today.
COMPLETE
(This is the last step in the processing of your application.)

I have to check with my attorney for the details.
  1. We sent you a letter on January 21, 2021. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
  2. You entered Canada at the Ottawa IRCC office on January 21, 2021 and became a Permanent Resident.
My best wishes to rest of the gang in this forum.

Congrats, seems IRCC is picking some decent speed in processing. good luck to all of us in the pipeline.

So, it seems they removed the new portal and e-copr process, right? did you receive the credentials for that new portal for e-copr?
