Hello, I have one question.
My PGWP will be expired in Jun/28/2021 and I received "WORK PERMIT SUPPORT LETTER (R204(c) / T13)" document from OINP which will be expired in Nov/15/2020. As you know, it is not clear that I can receive PR until the expired date of my PGWP. So, do I need to apply for a closed work permit before Nov/15/2020 when the document is valid?
Note: This letter must be used in support of a work permit application within 6 months to remain valid.
I heard from somebody that the applicant can ask "WORK PERMIT SUPPORT LETTER (R204(c) / T13)" document anytime if it becomes invalid after 6 months.
Thanks,

I found the information. So, I can ask an extension of Work Permit Support Letter before three months when PGWP is going to be expired.
6.1 Work Permit Support Letter
You may use your work permit support letter from the OINP to apply for a work permit from IRCC while your application for permanent residence is being processed.
Your work permit support letter document is valid for six (6) months. If you require an extension to your work permit and your work permit is due to expire within three (3) months, then you may submit a request for a work permit support letter extension. To request an extension,
please email the OINP at
ontarionominee@ontario.ca and provide the following information:
1. Copies of your two (2) most recent pay slips.
2. Scanned copy of your work permit.
The OINP will review your request and determine whether you continue to meet the conditions of your nomination.
