It took 10 days after my PAL was received, for this email. Here is my time line.

AR: July 10, 2020
AOR: Jan 17, 2021
Upfront Medical: Sep 20, 2021

In the mean time I have question for experts, I need to travel to Canada on a Business Trip , once I have the visit visa based on PPR, can I still travel on my existing visa that is already available in my passport? As this travel is not for landing. I want to travel for landing later with my family. Kindly advise.

Congrats!
As long as you have the PPR letter , it’s fine. You may proceed with passport submission via VFS.

Congratulation that is wonderful.
Which Visa Office issued your PPR? is it Winnipeg or other VO.
As for your question to visit Canada on a Business trip, once you submit your passport for PR stamping, they will cancel your existing visa and stamp an immigrant visa. So If you wanna travel for business purpose, you need to do it now and come back so that you can submit your passport to your local VO for stamping within the 30 days time frame.

I received aor and biometric fees reminder same day jan 6th. I paid biometric fees and submitted the receipt thru webform. Its been almost 3 weeks and no biometric request yet. Anyone in similar situation ?

Dear fellow members I have a question ,I haven’t received any ADR until now but I want to be prepared once I receive it.

Here goes my question:

I moved to Dubai in 2020 and I changed my address from India to Dubai by raising a webform after I received my AOR in Nov,2020.Now whenever I visit India I live at the same Indian address of mine where I used to live before so in the address column shall I mention the Indian address too as still living here along with Dubai address or I shall mention I lived here at Indian address only till 2020?
