After portal email 1, how much time it takes to get the 2nd email where you get account details and credentials in order to upload your picture and other details (address etc) for PR card.

I’ve seen some people getting the next day after replying and some after a week or so

Yes it does say that your application for PR has been approved

Just reply them and tell about your situation. As I did. Next day I recieved MR.

They send me another email with reminder to send them information to create account wow. Already replied back yesterday and not sure why they have not received the email. I hope they received this time without any issue.
