CPC-Mississauga /edmonton seems to pick up files random..
We see SOWP approved for Feb last week applicant and then April mid-week applicant

Few of my contacts with March first week still shows pending. web form no reply - call centre - [answer: still in process]

I have valid biometrics done before which lasts for ten years. Before CIC approved my open work permit, they sent me a biometrics validity letter saying that my previous biometrics is valid for temporary residency purpose and they will use it for my OWP file.

Hope you're doing well.
