Hi there. Sent in application for Spousal Sponsorship/PR App and OWP on Jan 26 by courier. Provided an email address. Have not received AOR to date. What is the usual time frame given to receive the AOR. Please and Thank you...

Not sure about Ontario, I just got this online

To meet the minimum qualifications you must:

• be physically in Ontario for 153 days in any 12‑month period
• be physically in Ontario for at least 153 days of the first 183 days immediately after you began living in the province
• make Ontario your primary home

You must also meet at least one of the following additional requirements. You:
have applied for permanent residence, and Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada has confirmed that:

• you meet the eligibility requirements to apply
• you have not yet been denied
• are in Ontario on a valid work permit and are working full-time in Ontario, for an Ontario employer, for at least six months
  • your spouse and any dependents also qualify if you do

I assuming since you have AOR you would qualify if you have lived in Ontario for 153 days?

I got my AHCIP months before i applied for PR, its different in every province i suppose

Our application was sent on the 6th too, but I did not receive AOR. Hopefully soon!

AOR finally received yesterday, Feb 29.

Thank you! I also found that one, but it’s hard to define that I have applied and not been denied yet....

You need to use the applicants UCI or other details (like application number) and not the UCI in the AOR. The UCI in the AOR is for the sponsor.

My application file was received Oct. 9 and I got AOR on November 26. so roughly a month and a half. Every case is different tho
