just curious...

Any idea who facilitate the actual oath taking ceremony...

Is the judge from an IRCC federal office or from just a local IRCC office?
( There was no sign that the email ( oath invitation ) was sent by the local office.

Thank you all.

Hard copy can be ordered for free. Please see link. I ordered and received it within a month earlier this year.

Hi
APP delivered 27Jan2020
AOR 24Jul2020
IN PROCESS 23Sep2020

My case hasn't changed since it became "In Process".
The only thing completed is Background
Since I am over the age of 55 I do not need to meet the test or language requirements but both show as in process.

I just filed for Access to Information Act to IRCC
to find out a little more information.
Anyone else in a similar circumstance?
Anyone know about how long it takes to get the info back once you make the request?

It purely depends on your local office and the officer. So some offices are slow in processing early 2020 cases.
Many are still waiting for DM like you, irrelevant of test/language requirements. For many its just additional step on test but other than that we are also waiting for DM.
My office sent test invites for most and now being silent. So most are waiting for DM from my office.

Whats your local office? Check the excel sheet on processing times which may give some idea on how long it takes from AOR to DM.
