@legalfalcon finally our copr was stamped amd passport returned. Thank you for your advices throughout the whole process. I have one question left. We are planning to do our landing in 3 weeks in toronto (express entry) and we are staying for 3 weeks and going back to finish the school year and then move again (we are doing so because they only gave us a copr until july 5th and we don't know why as we should have gotten it untl jan 5th 2023) I have a brother in montreal would it be ok to put his address to receive the PR card and mail them to me? Or is it mandatory to have an address in ontario? Processing times are 88 days for the new cards so it doesnt seem it can happen in 3 weeks only. Thanks a lot.

You cannot provide a Montreal address. The Border Officer will not accept a QC address. You can provide an address anywhere else in Canada except QC. IF you give a QC address it shows your intent to reside there, which is contrary to the provisions of EE unless you were nominated by QC.

@legalfalcon I need your advice on the below two questions please;

1- I have been asked to re-submit police certificates. I already have arranged them, but one police certificate from UAE has been issued with the details of my old passport because my visa was in that passport number. They only extract information from their database and don't accept new passport number.
Can I attach a letter of explanation with police certificate and upload in my IRCC account?

2-
I was requested to submit Travel History Info Form, is there a specific form or just to submit in a table in a word document?

I need some advice regarding the Passport Submission process. Below is my situation :
1. Joint application (husband and wife )
2. Got passport request a few days ago in the primary applicant's email
3. Mentions that we should include all docs ( passports, photos etc.) in 1 package
4. Mail it to VAC New York

But they asked in the email to do this using VFS Global and this is where I am confused.
VFS site is not at all clear and I am confused. So, I have the following questions :

a) Where do I need to send the package to ?
b) In VFS Global site, shall I need to pay for 1 applicant or as many applicants as Family Members ?
c) Do we need to send separate packets for each family member or 1 single packet with ALL family members' stuff ?

Any advise would be helpful.

Thanks

@legalfalcon Just wanted to ask you, I just had a new born(a month before), now that I have all the documents ready, I am in a dilemma whether to put him as accompanying or non accompanying? The thing is that my wife is non accompanying and my child will stay with her untill I sponsor her after I land in canada. Also, through GCMS I got to know that my application is approved, will there be revaluation after adding dependent child esp the finances part? Do I have to pay the fees if I declare my child as non accompanying?

If your family composition changes, you have to inform IRCC and submit the passport, medicals and birth certificate of a newborn child. Irrespective of whether your child is accompanying or not, they have to processed for medical inadmissibility.

Not informing IRCC of the change in family composition is a misrepresentation.

This is because if any family member, accompanying or not, is inadmissible based on medicals, criminality or security, the entire family is rendered inadmissible.

Hi @legalfalcon @legalfalconindia

Is it advisable to raise a web form or send an email requesting for PPR I received my re-medical request on Nov 21st 2021 and passed on Nov 28th 2021 I've noticed people receiving PPR's who had passed re-medicals in Dec 2021 & Jan 2022

By doing this, will IRCC speed up the PPR process?

AOR Jan 2020
Primary Office - CPC Ottawa
Secondary Office - New Delhi
Re Medicals Status - 28 Nov 2021 Passed

Final Decision - Approved

No point.
Remedicals passed on Dec 12, 2021. This was my 3rd medical test after Dec 2019 and Jan 2021.
They are sleeping on my application once again!
I am not going to do a medical test again! Getting my chest x-rayed for the 4th time in 3 years will be stupid! It's not a risk I wish to take!

There is no way to expedite the process or speed it up. You can send emails and webform, it does not matter.
