Hi @legalfalcon need your advice here please.
here is my timeline:
AOR: 28th Jan 2020
Applied under express entry (Outland) as a single applicant

I got married last week and my husband is Canada PR holder. I have updated my IRCC profile with the marital status by adding the marriage certificate via webform.
My husband is temporarily in India with me, but he will be travelling back to Canada soon.
My questions:
Will this impact my application in any way?
Is there any other information I need to share with IRCC upfront?

It will have no impact since your spouse is a Canadian PR. You will have to submit your spouse's PR card as well.

If a spouse is a Canadian citizen or PR, they do not have to go through criminal, security and medical admissibility.

@legalfalcon any idea if any of them have India as their COR?

Yes, some applicants from India have received PPR. Two of my clients from India received PPRs in the last week.

@legalfalcon : That’s great news. But are these two clients those who already had an expired COPR or these are fresh COPR/PPR cases?

I cannot discuss individual cases because of Solicitor-client privilege.

Thank you! Thats great news. My meds expired and they didn't ask me for a remed. do you think this might delay me getting a PPR ? My application is approved since April 2020 as per GCMS. Just based on the applicants from India who received their PPRs.

By the grace of God, I finally received my PPR email today! No words to describe the feeling of it.
My profile:
PNP (ontario) - Outland (India)
Aor: 27th jan 2020
Medical and biometrics in Feb 2020
Remedicals in Feb 2021
PPR mail - 6th Oct 2021

The wait has been really long and frustrating!

Thank you :)
Yes they requested for a remed in the first week of Feb 2021 which I submitted by 5th and got passed on 14th Feb
Mines expired and they never requested. But I applied through FSW-O. I have no clue what to do as I am not able to get a medical appointment without a request letter.

Did you try sending a webform for the same? Also what does you gcms say? It's possible that they might have extended your medicals but that won't be updated on the profile. If they have extended it you'll be able to see in your gcms

Yeah I sent twice but got a generic response about the afghan issue. My gcms says it was extended once till April 30 2021 but not after that.
