Yes, they have recently changed and made it more difficult to get in touch with a human. I will have to check the latest combinations. Also, ask other fellow members who may have recently called.
I always try the combinations 2120 it always works and request for call back. Hope it works

However, the letter provided said "Medical instructions will be sent separately via email within the next 48 hours"

It is now over 48 hours and no instructions have been received. Should I go ahead and book/do my medicals like that as June dates in my country are quickly being filled up?

What is the status of your eligibility, that is the most important stage. See the last 3-5 pages of your GCMS notes.

In some countries whee COVID lockdown is there, IRCC is asking all panel physicians not to book appointments without IRCC instructions. IF you can get an appointment, you do not have to wait, but if your do need an IRCC instruction letter, and if you have not received one, give it another 1-2 days and then contact IRCC visa webform.
